About This Meal Plan
These free, flexible 7-day healthy meal plans are intended as a guide and offer plenty of wiggle room. You can add more food, coffee, beverages, fruit, snacks, dessert or wine, or swap recipes for alternatives you prefer. Recipes can be searched by course in the recipe index. Depending on your goals, a general target is at least 1,500 calories per day for many women, but individual needs vary by age, activity level and weight.
This plan also includes an organized grocery list to save time and money. Meal planning helps you eat at home more often, waste less food and have the ingredients you need on hand so it’s easier to stick with healthy choices.
