Free 7-Day Healthy Meal Plan (August 19–25)
If you have late-summer vegetables from the garden—zucchini, tomatoes, and the like—try my recipes that put them to good use. Favorites include late-summer vegetable dishes such as a hearty enchilada pie and other vegetable-forward meals.
These free 7-day meal plans are flexible guides designed to give you structure while leaving plenty of room to customize: add extra servings, coffee, beverages, fruit, snacks, dessert or wine, or swap recipes to suit your tastes. Depending on your personal goals, aim for at least 1,500 calories per day as a general starting point; individual needs will vary by age, weight and activity level.
A clear, well-organized grocery list is included to make shopping faster and less stressful. Planning your meals helps save money, cut down on food waste and ensures you have what you need to stay on track during the week.
