About The Meal Plan
These free, flexible 7-day meal plans are intended as a guide. They offer plenty of wiggle room to add snacks, beverages, fruit, dessert or wine, or to swap recipes to suit your preferences. Recipes are searchable by course in the recipe index. As a general guideline, many women should aim for about 1,500 calories per day, but individual needs vary depending on goals, age and activity level.
A clear, organized grocery list is included to make shopping faster and less stressful, reduce food waste and help you stay on track throughout the week.
