A free, flexible 7-day meal plan with breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a complete shopping list. All recipes list calories and Weight Watchers Freestyle SmartPoints to help you plan your week and stay on track.

Skinnytaste Meal Plan (Feb 12–18)
We don’t usually go out for Valentine’s Day; instead we enjoy a cozy, home-cooked meal. This week’s plan includes filet mignon for Valentine’s dinner, but feel free to substitute a more budget-friendly steak or another favorite if needed.
If you’re new to these meal plans, I share free 7-day flexible menus designed as a guide with plenty of room for swaps, extra snacks, coffee, beverages, fruit, dessert or a glass of wine. The target for most women is around 1,500 calories per day, though individual needs vary. Each recipe includes calories and updated Weight Watchers Freestyle SmartPoints for easy tracking.
The plan includes a clear, organized grocery list that simplifies shopping and reduces waste. Having a thoughtful shopping list helps you save time and money, minimize last-minute takeout, and keep ingredients on hand so you can consistently prepare meals.
If you’re part of the Skinnytaste community on Facebook, you’ll find people sharing photos and tips from these recipes—an encouraging place to get ideas and feedback from others making the same meals.
THE DETAILS:
Breakfasts and lunches Monday through Friday are scaled to serve one person; dinners and all meals on Saturday and Sunday are sized for a family of four. Many recipes yield leftovers suitable for another night or for lunch the next day. While no single meal plan suits everyone, this menu aims to be broadly appealing and adaptable. Everything here is Weight Watchers friendly; I include Freestyle SmartPoints so you can swap recipes or use the plan as inspiration while staying within your goals.
The grocery list below is designed to cover the week and includes pantry essentials and brand suggestions for items I use often. Check your pantry before shopping—many condiments and spices are used across multiple recipes, so you may already have much of what you need.
This plan is intentionally flexible. There’s ample room for a cocktail, healthy snacks, dessert or eating out. If your schedule changes, move meals around as necessary. I appreciate hearing from readers who use these plans—your feedback helps me decide whether to continue sharing them.
