7 Day High Protein Diet Meal Plan
This week’s plan alternates regular meal planning with a high-protein focus to support muscle building, satiety, and consistent energy. Even with special occasions like Valentine’s Day, you can enjoy a protein-forward dinner while staying aligned with your goals. The plan includes breakfasts and lunches portioned for one, while dinners and weekend meals are scaled for a family of four. Most recipes provide macros and Weight Watchers points where available.

Why High Protein?
I’ve followed a high-protein approach for several years to support muscle gain and curb cravings. Eating more protein has helped me feel stronger and more satisfied between meals, reducing the urge to snack on sweets or chips. If you have trouble meeting daily protein targets, this weekly plan offers structured meals and snack ideas to help you reach your goals. I typically distribute protein across three meals—aiming for roughly 30 grams per meal when my daily target is 120 grams—with snacks adding another 10–30 grams as needed.
If you’re unsure how much protein is right for you, consult a dietitian or use reliable resources to estimate needs based on your age, weight, and goals.
How the Meal Plan Works
These meal plans are designed as a flexible guide. There’s plenty of room to add beverages, snacks, dessert, or swap recipes for your preferred options. Depending on your goals, a sensible starting point is at least 1,500 calories per day for many women, though individual requirements vary. Always consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
Important Note
If you have kidney or liver disease, gout, metabolic disorders, or reduced kidney function, you may need to limit protein intake. Consult your healthcare provider before increasing protein significantly, especially if you have underlying health conditions.
