Wishing you a relaxing Spring break! Here’s a fresh week of meals to simplify planning and grocery shopping. If you’re new to these plans, I share free 7-day flexible healthy meal plans as a practical guide—designed to be adaptable so you can add drinks, snacks, fruit, dessert, or a glass of wine and still stay within your goals. The daily target for many women is roughly 1,500 calories, and each day below shows estimated calories and Freestyle SmartPoints.
Along with the meal plan is a detailed, organized grocery list to save time and reduce waste. Having a plan and a list helps you eat at home more often, spend less, and reduce food waste by ensuring you have what you need on hand.
If you’d like community support, consider joining the Skinnytaste Facebook Community where members share photos and ideas for the recipes in these plans. If you prefer to build your own week, you can search the recipe index by course to mix and match meals.
THE DETAILS:
Breakfasts and lunches Monday through Friday are portioned for one person. Dinners and all meals on Saturday and Sunday are scaled for a family of four; several recipes yield leftovers suitable for second dinners or next-day lunches. These menus are designed to appeal broadly while remaining Weight Watchers friendly—Freestyle SmartPoints are included for convenience. Swap any recipe or ingredient to suit your taste or dietary needs; the plan is meant to be flexible and realistic.
The shopping list covers everything needed to prepare the week’s recipes. Check your pantry first—many commonly used condiments and spices may already be on hand. This list includes suggestions for brands and ingredient amounts to help streamline your shopping trip.
This plan intentionally leaves room for snacks, coffee, beverages, and occasional dining out. Move items around to fit your schedule if needed, and please let me know if you use these meal plans—your feedback helps decide whether to continue posting more.
