A free 7-day flexible meal plan including breakfast, lunch and dinner and a shopping list. All recipes include calories and Weight Watchers Freestyle™ SmartPoints®.

The last week of August always feels bittersweet. I love summer’s long days, but I also welcome the cooler weather, cozy sweaters and comfort food that come with fall. This plan highlights satisfying, easy-to-make meals like One Pot Cheesy Turkey Taco Chili Mac while offering structure to help you meet goals and save time at the grocery store.

If you’re new here, I publish free 7-day healthy meal plans that are meant to be flexible. Use them as a framework and make adjustments for personal taste or schedule—add fruit, snacks, or a dessert, or swap in recipes you prefer. The plan includes a clear grocery list so shopping is faster, you waste less food, and you’re more likely to cook at home instead of dining out.

THE DETAILS:

Meals: Breakfast and lunch Monday–Friday are scaled to serve one person; dinners and all weekend meals are sized for a family of four. Some recipes yield leftovers that work for a second dinner or the following day’s lunch. Everything listed is Weight Watchers friendly and includes updated Freestyle SmartPoints for convenience. Cross-check your pantry—many common condiments and spices are used across recipes, so you may already have several items on hand.

This plan is intentionally realistic and flexible. There’s plenty of wiggle room for cocktails, snacks, dessert or one night out. Rearranging meals to fit your schedule is fine—use the plan for inspiration or follow it as written. If you’re enjoying these plans, let me know—your feedback helps shape future weekly menus.
