A free 7-day flexible meal plan including breakfast, lunch and dinner and a shopping list. All recipes include calories and Weight Watchers Freestyle Smart Points.

I’m excited to introduce the breakfast pizza recipe included in this plan: Bacon and Egg Breakfast Pizza — a savory, satisfying start to your weekend.

If you’re new to these weekly meal plans, I publish free 7-day flexible healthy meal plans that act as a guide while offering plenty of room to customize. You can view past plans for inspiration. Each day is structured so you can easily swap meals, add snacks, coffee, desserts or a glass of wine. Aim for roughly 1,500 calories per day as a general guideline.

The plan includes a clear, organized grocery list to simplify shopping and help you save time and money. With everything planned, you’re less likely to dine out, waste food, or find you’re missing key ingredients. The list also highlights pantry staples and recommended items that keep many recipes quick and convenient.

There’s a community element too — if you’re on Facebook, many people share photos and tips from the recipes, which is a great source of ideas and motivation.

THE DETAILS:

Breakfasts and lunches Monday through Friday are portioned for one person; dinners and all weekend meals are scaled to serve a family of four. Some recipes yield leftovers suitable for a second dinner or lunch the following day. While there’s no single meal plan that fits everyone perfectly, this one is designed to appeal to a broad range of tastes and needs. Every meal listed is Weight Watchers friendly; updated Freestyle SmartPoints are included for convenience. Feel free to swap recipes or use the plan as a starting point for your own meal flow.

The grocery list is comprehensive and includes everything needed to prepare the week’s meals. Check your pantry first — many condiments and spices are used repeatedly, so you may already have them on hand. This list also suggests brands or types of ingredients I often use, but feel free to use your preferred alternatives.

This meal plan is intentionally flexible and realistic, with plenty of wiggle room for snacks, cocktails, desserts, and dining out. You can move meals around to suit your schedule. If you find these plans helpful, let me know — feedback helps decide whether to continue sharing them.
