Planning your meals ahead makes grocery shopping faster and less costly, and it helps prevent last‑minute takeout. Use a simple planner or a printable list to guide your week and make adjustments to fit your schedule and preferences.

About This Meal Plan

This is a flexible 7‑day healthy meal plan intended as a helpful guide. Breakfasts and lunches Monday–Friday are sized for one person; dinners and weekend meals are sized for a family of four. You can swap recipes, add snacks or increase portion sizes as needed. Aim for approximately 1500 calories per day (individual needs vary). Recipes include macros and updated WW Blue SmartPoints where noted. The grocery list provided covers everything needed to prepare the week’s meals—check your pantry and fridge first because you may already have many staples on hand.
