About This Meal Plan

These free, flexible 7-day meal plans are provided as a guide with plenty of room to adjust. You can add more food, coffee, beverages, fruit, snacks, dessert or wine, or swap in your favorite recipes. Search your recipe index by course to find suitable alternatives. Depending on your goals, a common target is at least 1,500 calories per day for many women, but individual needs vary by age, activity level and goals.

The plan includes an organized grocery list to make shopping faster and less stressful. Meal planning saves time, reduces food waste, and helps you stay on track with healthier choices. Weekly Meal Plan
