About this meal plan

These free 7-day flexible meal plans are intended as a practical guide. Breakfasts and lunches Monday–Friday are portioned for one person; dinners and weekend meals are sized for a family of four. The plan allows plenty of flexibility to add snacks, coffee, extra fruit, dessert or a glass of wine. You can swap recipes or portion sizes to match your needs; a reasonable baseline is roughly 1,500 calories per day for many women, though individual requirements vary by age, activity and goals.

Following a weekly plan makes grocery shopping quicker and less stressful, reduces food waste, and saves money by helping you avoid last-minute takeout. A clear shopping list is included so you’ll have everything you need on hand.
