About This Meal Plan
These free 7-day, flexible meal plans are meant as a practical guide. Breakfasts and lunches Monday through Friday are portioned for one person, while dinners and weekend meals are sized for a family of four. Many recipes yield leftovers that are suitable for lunches or additional dinners. You can easily swap recipes or add extra snacks, beverages, fruit or a small dessert to meet your energy needs. Depending on your goals, aim for at least 1,500 calories per day as a starting point; individual requirements vary by age, activity level and goals.
