A note about WW Personal Points:
I no longer list specific WW points because points vary with the updated WeightWatchers plans. However, every recipe links to the WW PersonalPoints recipe builder. Look for the recipe card button that references WW PersonalPoints to open the WW recipe builder and view the points for that recipe (you must be logged in to your WW account to add items to your daily plan).
About the Meal Plan
These free 7-day flexible healthy meal plans are meant as a guide with plenty of wiggle room. You can add extra food—coffee, beverages, fruit, snacks, dessert, wine—or swap recipes for alternatives you prefer. Breakfasts and lunches on weekdays are portioned for one serving; dinners and weekend meals are sized for a family of four, with many recipes producing leftovers for lunches or an extra night.
Aim for at least 1,500 calories per day as a general baseline, but your needs will vary based on age, weight, activity level and personal goals. The organized grocery list below makes shopping easier and helps you stick to the plan—saving time and money and reducing food waste.
If you want community support, there is an active Skinnytaste Facebook group where members share photos and tips from the recipes. You can also subscribe to the mailing list to receive meal-plan updates and new recipes by email.

*This plan is a guide; many women will aim for roughly 1,500 calories per day depending on personal goals. There are calculators available to estimate your calorie needs. I’ve left room in each day for additional items like coffee, snacks and dessert.
**Green salad: 9 cups mixed greens, 3 scallions, ¾ cup each of tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and chickpeas, and about ⅓ cup light vinaigrette. Set aside two undressed servings for lunch on Thursday and Friday.
Note: Double the dough recipe when making Breakfast Pizza so you have enough for Sunday and an extra use.
