About the Meal Plan

These free, flexible 7-day meal plans are designed as a practical guide with plenty of room to customize. You can add more food if needed—coffee, other beverages, fruit, snacks, dessert, or a glass of wine—or swap in other recipes you prefer. Recipes are searchable by course in the recipe index. Depending on your goals, aim for at least 1,500 calories per day as a general benchmark; your individual needs may vary based on age, activity level, and weight goals.

This plan includes an organized grocery list to simplify shopping and reduce stress. Meal planning helps lower food costs, minimizes dining out, reduces waste, and ensures you have the ingredients you need to stay on track.
