Free 7 Day Healthy Meal Plan (Sept 30–Oct 6)

I love everything about fall — apple picking, colorful leaves, pumpkin-flavored treats, and my birthday. For me, the best gifts are good health and time with family and friends. I hope everyone stayed safe through the recent storms; the weather has been so unpredictable!

If you’re new here, I create free, flexible 7-day healthy meal plans designed to be a helpful guide. These plans leave plenty of wiggle room so you can add snacks, beverages, coffee, dessert, or swap recipes to suit your preferences. Depending on your goals, a reasonable daily target is around 1,500 calories for many women, although individual needs vary by age, activity level and goals.

This plan includes a clear grocery list to simplify shopping, save time and reduce food waste. Having a plan makes it easier to stick with healthy choices and helps avoid last-minute takeout.
