Kick-start your healthy habits with this free, flexible 7-day meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner for each day, plus a complete shopping list. This plan is intended as a guide — aim for roughly 1,500 calories per day and adjust as needed. There’s room to customize with coffee, beverages, fruit, snacks, dessert, or wine so it fits your lifestyle.
To make meal prep and grocery shopping simpler, the plan includes a consolidated grocery list organized by category. That saves time and money, reduces food waste, and helps keep you on track throughout the week.
The details
Breakfasts and lunches Monday through Friday are portioned for one person. Dinner recipes and all meals on Saturday and Sunday are scaled to serve a family of four, and several dinners yield leftovers that work well for the following day’s lunch. While there’s no single meal plan that fits everyone, this one was created to appeal to a wide range of tastes and is compatible with Weight Watchers Freestyle Points (points shown for convenience). Feel free to swap recipes or use the plan as inspiration; it’s designed to be realistic and flexible so you can move meals around to suit your schedule.
