About the Meal Plan

If this is your first time here, I publish free, flexible 7-day healthy meal plans as a guide. These plans are intentionally adjustable—there’s plenty of room to add more food, coffee, beverages, fruit, snacks, dessert or wine, and you can swap in your preferred recipes. Recipes are organized by course in the recipe index. Depending on your goals, aim for at least 1,500 calories per day; individual needs vary by age, weight and activity level.

This plan includes an organized grocery list to make shopping faster and less stressful. Meal planning saves time and money, reduces food waste and helps you stay on track during the week.

A note about WW Points

If you follow Weight Watchers, recipes on this site have been updated to reflect the current WW program and display points under each recipe title. The WW button in each recipe card links to the Weight Watchers recipe builder so you can see how points were calculated and add recipes to your day (US accounts only). All cookbook recipes in the cookbook index are updated as well.

With grocery prices rising, meal planning is one of the best ways to stay on budget while eating well. Planning helps you buy only what you need, reduces dining out and limits waste.
