A free, flexible 7-day weight loss meal plan that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner plus a complete shopping list. Every recipe lists calories and Weight Watchers Freestyle™ SmartPoints® to help you stay on track while enjoying a variety of seasonal, easy-to-follow meals.

Happy Holidays! This week’s plan separates the Christmas grocery list from the standard weekly list. If you intend to use the full week, review both lists and cross-check pantry items so you don’t overbuy—this mostly applies to herbs, grains, and miscellaneous pantry staples.
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day menus include appetizer-style options so you can mix and match to suit your celebration. The grocery list covers ingredients for all suggested recipes, but you may want to adjust quantities for the number of guests you expect.
If you’re new to these meal plans, I share free 7-day flexible healthy meal plans designed as a guide with lots of room for personalization. You can substitute or swap recipes, add coffee, beverages, fruits, snacks, dessert, or a glass of wine. The plan aims for roughly 1,500 calories per day as a general target for many women, but individual needs vary.
Included is an organized, precise shopping list intended to save time and money, reduce food waste, and make it easier to stay on track. With everything on hand, you’ll find it simpler to prepare meals at home and avoid unnecessary restaurant visits.

THE DETAILS:
Breakfasts and lunches Monday through Friday are portioned for one person; dinners and all weekend meals are scaled to serve a family of four. Many dinners yield leftovers suitable for a second meal or next-day lunch. While no single meal plan fits everyone perfectly, this one is designed to appeal to a broad range of tastes and lifestyles. All recipes are Weight Watchers friendly and include updated Freestyle SmartPoints for convenience. Swap any recipe as needed to fit your preferences or schedule.
The grocery list is comprehensive and includes the ingredients needed to make every meal in the plan. Brand suggestions are included where helpful. Before shopping, check your cabinets—many common condiments and staples may already be on hand.
This plan is intentionally flexible and realistic, allowing room for cocktails, healthy snacks, dessert or an occasional dinner out. Move or swap meals as your schedule demands. If you’re using these plans, let the author know—feedback helps determine whether the meal plans continue.
