7-Day Healthy Meal Plan
As the weather cools and fall approaches, now is a great time to take advantage of seasonal produce and get back to simple, healthy meal planning. This plan is designed to be flexible — use it as a guide, swap meals as you prefer, and make adjustments to suit your tastes and calorie goals.
Why Meal Plan?
Meal planning organizes your week, saves time and money at the grocery store, and helps you stick to nutrition and weight-loss goals. Planning in advance also reduces food waste and makes dinnertime less stressful.
About This Meal Plan
These free 7-day meal plans are intended as a starting point with room to customize. Breakfasts and lunches Monday–Friday are portioned for one; dinners and weekend meals are sized for a family of four with many recipes yielding leftovers. Each day targets around 1500 calories for women as a general guideline and includes updated WW Blue SmartPoints for convenience. Feel free to add coffee, beverages, fruit, snacks, dessert or wine as you like.
A clear, organized grocery list is included to simplify shopping. Many pantry items and condiments are used across recipes, so cross-check your cupboards before you shop. This plan is realistic — there’s ample wiggle room for snacks or dining out, and you can rearrange meals to fit your schedule.
