Skinnytaste Dinner Plan — Week 72
Welcome to Week 72 of the Skinnytaste dinner plans. It’s hard to believe I’ve been sharing these weekly menus for so long. Meal planning is a simple, effective way to stay organized, reduce stress at dinnertime, and make grocery shopping faster and more focused. This plan includes a variety of recipes that are family-friendly, straightforward to prepare, and designed to minimize last-minute decisions. If you’re new here, try pairing these dinners with quick breakfasts and simple lunches to keep your week running smoothly.
For breakfast I usually choose something quick and balanced like eggs and fruit, a smoothie, or avocado toast. We’re a family of four; when a recipe yields extra servings, leftovers become lunches or are saved for another night. If you want to browse previous dinner plans, you can see past weeks collected on the meal plans page.
