Free 7 Day Healthy Meal Plan (Sept 28–Oct 4)

As temperatures begin to drop and mornings feel crisper, it’s the perfect time to embrace fall flavors. After a long summer, many of us crave warm, satisfying meals—hearty soups, apple-forward dishes and comforting dinners that make the kitchen smell like home.

This week’s plan highlights seasonal favorites that are both nourishing and satisfying. Recipes such as fall-inspired chicken sheet pan dinners and a steak salad with sweet potatoes bring classic cozy flavors while keeping meals balanced and portion-conscious.

If you’re new to these weekly meal guides, I post free, 7-day healthy meal plans designed as flexible templates. They’re meant to be a guide with plenty of room to adjust: add coffee, snacks, fruit, wine or dessert, swap recipes or scale portions to meet your personal goals. As a starting point, many women aim for around 1,500 calories per day, but your needs will vary based on age, activity level and weight goals.

To simplify the week, this plan includes an organized grocery list that saves time, reduces food waste and helps you stay on budget. Having a clear list makes shopping quicker and helps avoid impulse purchases so you can cook at home more often.

If you’d like community support, consider joining the Skinnytaste Facebook group where members share photos, tips and variations on recipes. You can also subscribe to the email list to receive future meal plans directly in your inbox.
