Free 7-Day Healthy Meal Plan (April 14–20)
This weekend we honor two meaningful holidays—Passover and Easter—each rich with tradition and renewal. While they come from different faiths, both celebrate themes of hope, new beginnings and the triumph of light over darkness. Wishing you a peaceful season filled with connection and joy, whether you’re gathered for a Seder or an Easter brunch.
Thank you to everyone who pre-ordered my new book, Skinnytaste High Protein: 100 Healthy, Simple Recipes to Fuel Your Day — your support helped make it the No. 1 cookbook on Amazon this past week. Copies are still available through major retailers.
A Note About the New WW Points Plan
Weight Watchers recently added several zero-point foods (hooray for oatmeal!). It will take some time to update every recipe here, but each recipe links to the WW recipe builder on mobile and will reflect the new points automatically. I’ll be updating points across the site; if you notice a recipe that already shows updated points, please leave a comment on that recipe to help me speed up the process.
If you’re new here, these free 7-day flexible meal plans are meant to be guides with plenty of room to customize. Add extra servings, snacks, coffee, dessert or a glass of wine, or swap meals to suit your preferences. You can search recipes by course in the recipe index. Depending on your goals, aim for at least 1500 calories per day, though needs vary by age, activity level and weight.
The plan includes a clear grocery list to simplify shopping, reduce waste and save time and money. Having planned meals on hand helps you stay on track and eat at home more often.
