Can you believe Labor Day is almost here? If you’re feeling the end-of-summer vibe, I’ve put together a week of simple, flavorful meals you can use whether you’re hosting, bringing a dish to a gathering, or keeping things easy at home.
For weekend celebrations, try the kid-friendly Juicy Lucy burger or the playful Grilled Hawaiian Teriyaki Burger. Macaroni Salad with Tomatoes and Veggie Kabobs make great sides and are a smart way to use late-summer produce. Bringing a dish to a friend’s house? The Zesty Lime Shrimp and Avocado Salad travels well. Hosting at home and want a cool treat? A Boozy Watermelon Lime Granita is refreshing and festive.
