A note about WW Personal Points
I no longer list WW points directly because Weight Watchers plans have changed, but I provide links to the WW Personal Points recipe builder for every recipe. In each recipe card, look for the orange button that references WW Personal Points. Clicking it (while logged into your WW account) will show the points for that recipe and allow you to add it to your day. All cookbook recipes in the cookbook index have been updated accordingly.
About The Meal Plan
These free, flexible 7-day meal plans are intended as a practical guide — with plenty of wiggle room. Add extra snacks, fruit, coffee, beverages, desserts or wine, or swap recipes as needed. Breakfast and lunch Monday–Friday are portioned for one person; dinners and weekend meals are sized for a family of four. Some recipes yield leftovers suitable for another night or lunch the next day.
A clear, organized grocery list is included to streamline shopping, save time and reduce stress. Meal planning helps you eat at home more often and waste less food. If you’d like community support, join the Skinnytaste Facebook Community to see photos and ideas from others, and subscribe to the email list to receive future meal plans.
