Free 7 Day Healthy Meal Plan (March 31–April 6)

As winter finally gives way to spring, I’m craving fresh, colorful dishes that make meals feel bright and uplifting. This week’s plan features vibrant recipes like Beet Hummus, a Green Smoothie and Charred Sugar Snap Peas—each designed to showcase seasonal produce and bold flavors. The plan is flexible and intended to inspire healthy, satisfying meals throughout the week.

I recently launched a free Skinnytaste community where home cooks can connect, swap ideas, preview new recipes and join seasonal challenges. Everyone is welcome—this is a friendly space to share photos, tips and encouragement.

A Word About the New WW Points Plan

WW recently updated their points program and added new zero-point foods (including oatmeal). I’m updating recipes to reflect the changes, but in the meantime every recipe on the site links to the WW recipe builder (mobile only), which will calculate the new points automatically. If you notice updated points for a recipe, please leave a comment on that recipe so I can update it faster—your feedback helps!

If you’re new to these meal plans, I publish a free, flexible 7-day healthy meal plan each week. These plans are a guide with plenty of wiggle room—add snacks, fruit, coffee, beverages, dessert or wine as you like, or swap recipes to fit your preferences. Depending on your goals, aim for at least 1500 calories per day; individual needs vary based on age, weight and activity level.

A clear grocery list makes shopping faster and less stressful, helps reduce food waste and saves money. Having the right ingredients on hand keeps you on track and makes weeknight cooking easier.

Join the Skinnytaste Facebook community to see what others are cooking and to share your creations. If you’d like to receive these meal plans by email, subscribe to the newsletter to never miss an update.
