Free 7 Day Healthy Meal Plan (Sept 9-15)
Late summer into early fall heralds apple season in many regions. Depending on where you live, varieties like Gala, McIntosh and Golden Delicious start coming into season in early fall and can be enjoyed through November. If you love apples, try recipes such as Crock Pot Applesauce, Apple Nut Bread or Delightfully Baked Apples—great ways to use fresh fruit from local orchards.
If this is your first time with my meal plans, I publish free, flexible 7-day healthy meal plans that serve as a practical guide. They leave plenty of room for personalization—add snacks, dessert, coffee, extra servings, or swap meals to suit your preferences. You can explore more recipes and course-specific ideas in the recipe index. As a general guideline, aim for at least 1,500 calories per day depending on your goals, age and weight; adjust portions to meet your individual needs.
A clear, organized grocery list is included to simplify shopping, reduce waste and save time. With a plan in place you’ll be less likely to dine out and more likely to use what’s already on hand to support your healthy eating goals.

The WW button on recipe cards links to the recipe builder on the Weight Watchers website, where logged-in US members can review how points were calculated and add recipes to their daily tracking. Cookbook recipes in the cookbook index have been updated as well.
