Pour about 2 tbsp of batter into the pan and cook for 1\u20132 minutes or until the base sets and bubbles appear all over the top.<br \/>\nFlip and cook the other side for 1 minute.<br \/>\nRepeat in batches, making sure the top looks dry before attempting to flip or the centre will collapse.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the pancakes between serving plates.<br \/>\nTop with the yoghurt and berries.
