Stir to combine.<br \/>\nCover and reduce the heat to medium-low, cook, covered, stirring often, for 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the garlic and chilli to the pan. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.<br \/>\nAdd the tomato puree, cumin, turmeric and cinnamon.<br \/>\nCook for a further 2 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd the canned tomatoes, potato, chickpeas and boiling water.<br \/>\nBring to the boil over high heat.<br \/>\nReduce heat to medium and simmer for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.<\/li>\n<li>Add the spinach, parsley and season with pepper.<br \/>\nStir in the lemon juice.<br \/>\nSpoon into bowls and serve with the lemon wedges to squeeze over.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Energy: 866kJ<\/p>\n<p>Protein: 9g<\/p>\n<p>Total Fat: 4g (Sat.
