Ingredients
- 80g (⅓ cup) 97% fat-free mayonnaise or gluten-free mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard or gluten-free mustard
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 125g shredded cooked turkey or chicken
- 1 Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, chopped
- 1½ cups seedless red grapes, halved
- 70g (½ cup) chopped walnuts
- 12 large butter lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper in a bowl.
Add the turkey, apple, grapes, and walnuts. Toss to coat. - Line 4 small plates with 3 lettuce leaves each.
Divide the salad mixture among the plates. Serve immediately.
